This position will be responsible for providing program management for OUSDI&S Secure Communications encompassing Secure Communications portfolio of Studio Video Teleconferencing (SVTC), Desktop VTC (DVTC), and Top Secret (TS) Voice over IP (VoIP) systems, hardware, and software of all classification enclaves for OUSD(I&S) and Defense Agencies and DoD Field Activities that are defense intelligence, counterintelligence, or security components generally located within the National Capital Region and/or Military District of Washington, but may also include other external sites.

- Receive and coordinate approximately 300 end-user requests on a yearly basis for SVTC Services to provide audio and/or video collaboration via both point-to-point and multi-point sessions.
- Conduct surveys of existing secure communications systems to determine the present state of hardware/software; conduct market research in support of Secure Communications life cycle planning and management, which includes cost of replacement systems and costs for long term program sustainment.
- Maintain all Pentagon and external, off-site room based SVTC, DVTC, and TS VoIP systems, hardware, and software of all classification enclaves to best ensure uninterrupted functionality for OUSD(I&S) by troubleshooting and performing fault isolation to resolve system issues to include repairing, replacing, updating firmware, and loading system programming code.
- Provide support to customers for the day-to-day break fix issues with Secure Communications Studio VTCs, DVTCs and TS VoIPs. This position shall be responsible for performing system upgrades, providing end user training, executing license transfers, completing port activation requests, as well as installing new requirements for on-site and off-site customers.
- On a yearly basis, this position can expect to support approximately 700 end-user requests for new services, break-fix issues, and system upgrades as frequent as daily. This position can expect to provide end user training at a minimum of a quarterly occurrence.
- Conduct Asset Management of over 1400 items on Secure Communications equipment inventory listing. This position can expect to this to be at minimum a quarterly occurrence and as frequently as assets are replaced due to device failure and/or life-cycle refresh, and as frequently as new assets are procured and delivered on-site.
- Ensure compliance and functionality of all Secure Communications devices. This position can expect this to be at minimum a quarterly occurrence and as frequently as assets are replaced due to device failure and/or life-cycle refresh, as frequently as new assets are procured and delivered onsite, and as frequently as software updates are deployed to devices.
- On a yearly basis, the contractor can expect to support approximately 500 requirements for compliance and functionality.
- Be responsible for accountability and distribution of Secure Communications assets across I&S and the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (Defense Agencies and DoD Field Activities that are defense intelligence, counterintelligence, or security components generally located within the National Capital Region and/or Military District of Washington but may also include other external sites).
- This position can expect to this to be at minimum a quarterly occurrence and as frequently as assets are replaced due to device failure and/or life-cycle refresh, as frequently as new assets are procured and delivered on-site, and as frequently as office move projects are executed. This position can expect to provide support for approximately 800 systems.
