SAP Security Support Services / Security Officer III
Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking a SAP Security Support Services / Security Officer III to support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)). This position will be responsible for the management, direction, administration and development of security programs, policies, and procedures to support approximately 30 personnel aligned to OSD Red Team activities.
Tasks May Include :
- Serve as the primary interface with Government agencies regarding OSD Red Team security matters and requirements.
- On a weekly basis, initiate and manage the Program Access Request (PAR) process, prepare for inspections, process visit requests, conduct security briefings, refreshers, and debriefings, maintain access rosters, classified mail, and Intrusion Detection System (IDS) / access management systems, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Provide weekly security management support for sensitive activities, sensitive compartmented information (SCI), special access programs (SAP), compartmented access programs (CAP), and Alternative or Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) activities.
- Interface with security professionals of U.S. Government organizations
- Develop security concepts related to sensitive activity requirements, Information Technology systems, facility accreditation.
- On a weekly basis initiate and maintain personnel security records for various categories of special access-related programs; the preparation of DD254s; and the indoctrination / out brief of individuals for access to specified programs supporting OSD Red Team activities.
- Perform weekly initial access eligibility determinations and create PARs and SCI nominations.
- Process incoming and outgoing classified visit certifications
- Conduct internal self-inspections and assist with Staff Assistance Visits and Customer Security Assessments
- Maintain daily classified material accountability records to include inventory lists, receipt and transmittal records and final disposition documentation.
- Review operational requirements and system specification documents to ensure applicable security requirements are addressed and incorporated into security processes.
- On a weekly basis interpret and implement security classification guidance.
- Investigate and document security violations / incidents, providing recommendations for corrective actions to program personnel / management.
- Develop and maintain the OSD Red Team's security Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Develop / coordinate on periodic security reports.
- Maintain the program's access control system.
- Develop / maintain program Fixed Facility Checklists to establish / update classified work areas, including maintaining necessary waiver / approval records.
- Maintain access roster management.
- Ensure personnel comply with security requirements within OUSD(I&S) facilities.
- Develop / conduct formal initial and recurring security briefings, education, and training materials / events.
- Develop and maintain security related briefings, security classification guides, plan, Memoranda of Agreement / Understanding and associated security documentation.
