We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our commercial construction team. Qualified candidates will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and understand the importance of working with a team. You will be assisting the Project Manager and other commercial team members with the planning, executing, and closeout of all commercial jobs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend team meetings
- Communicate with customers consistently
- Deliver jobs on schedule
- Job costing and budget management
- Labor budgeting and forecasting
- Participate in Pre-cons to ensure proper planning and preparation
- Knowledgeable about our system install requirements
- Problem solves with customers and supers
- Job costing, change orders, and purchase orders
- Assist supers with accounting and monthly billing
- Contract scope and exclusion review
Qualifications:
- Early morning starts and possibly late evening finishes
- Strong leadership skills
- Problem solver
- Customer service skills
- Ability to think, act, and manage daily schedule
Compensation:
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Bonuses are calculated on a quarterly cash basis. Based on job performance and profitability.
