Responsibilities of the job :
- Answer inbound patient calls to support scheduling, general medical questions and help coordinate patient needs.
- Manage medical provider schedules / reschedules / cancel appointments as requested.
- Triage patient calls to assess severity / complexity / appropriate action of call.
- Timely website appointment request / custom form maintenance.
- Interact as resource to staff on website questions and issues.
- Talk to patients having problems with the website and solve website / EMR issues.
- Relay and explain lab / radiology, and other results to patients.
- Relay provider message / instructions.
- Refill medications per protocol
Hours : 8 am-5 : 00 pm Monday-Friday
