Responsibilities of the job :

• Answer inbound patient calls to support scheduling, general medical questions and help coordinate patient needs.
• Manage medical provider schedules / reschedules / cancel appointments as requested.
• Triage patient calls to assess severity / complexity / appropriate action of call.
• Timely website appointment request / custom form maintenance.
• Interact as resource to staff on website questions and issues.
• Talk to patients having problems with the website and solve website / EMR issues.
• Relay and explain lab / radiology, and other results to patients.
• Relay provider message / instructions.
• Refill medications per protocol

Hours : 8 am-5 : 00 pm Monday-Friday
