Job Summary
The Patient Care Coordinator, known in the Relive organization as a Client Advocate, is responsible for educating and producing the sale of wellness, regenerative services, and treatment plans to clients. They must possess complete knowledge of all products and services exclusive to Relive health including hormone therapy, regenerative medicine, IV therapy. The Client Advocate is responsible for client relationship management, servicing clients through follow-up practices and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or treatments, while offering personalized solutions tailored to each clients needs. This individual is the direct point of contact with clients and ensures that their needs and expectations are fully met, and they are completely satisfied throughout their relationship with Relive.
