Flight Scheduler/Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing schedules, ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations, and facilitating effective communication across departments. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scheduling for various aviation students and company departments.
• Analyze scheduling data to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with team members and flight students to ensure all scheduling needs are met.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, changes, and updates in a timely manner.
• Assist in the development of scheduling policies and procedures to enhance workflow.
• Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary based on operational demands or unforeseen changes.
• Provide support for any scheduling-related inquiries or issues that may arise.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
