Supervisor imaging

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Imaging Supervisor to lead our radiology team and ensure the delivery of high-quality imaging services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily operations of the imaging department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to best practices.
• Oversee and mentor a team of radiologic technologists, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and ensure all imaging protocols meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including physicians and administrative staff, to optimize patient care and department efficiency.
• Manage scheduling, performance evaluations, and training programs for the imaging team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues within the imaging department.

• Certificate and / or Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT(R) certification, with additional certification in CT or mammography .
• Eligibility for radiologic technologist licensure in the State of Vermont.
• A minimum of five years of radiology experience .
• At least one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Supervisory experience in a unionized environment .
• ARRT certifications in CT , mammography , and radiography .
• Experience with Epic EMR .
• Familiarity with the Visage PACS system.
