Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Imaging Supervisor to lead our radiology team and ensure the delivery of high-quality imaging services.

Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily operations of the imaging department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to best practices.
- Oversee and mentor a team of radiologic technologists, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and ensure all imaging protocols meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including physicians and administrative staff, to optimize patient care and department efficiency.
- Manage scheduling, performance evaluations, and training programs for the imaging team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues within the imaging department.
- Certificate and / or Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology.
- ARRT(R) certification, with additional certification in CT or mammography .
- Eligibility for radiologic technologist licensure in the State of Vermont.
- A minimum of five years of radiology experience .
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Supervisory experience in a unionized environment .
- ARRT certifications in CT , mammography , and radiography .
- Experience with Epic EMR .
- Familiarity with the Visage PACS system.
