Right now, we are looking for material handler/machine operators to join our Premier Hardwood Products team and help us push forward to future success! At our Premier Hardwood facility, we manufacture hardwood floors with 2 production lines. Premier’s core foundations are Safety, Quality, and Production. Hours: Monday - Thursday (5:50 am - 3:30 pm), Fridays (5:50 am - 12:00 pm)

Pay: $16.50-$18 (Depending On Experience)

Production Worker Duties:
- Process/Evaluate raw material as it goes through the manufacturing, Moulding or cutting machinery.
- Operate different saws to cut the wood into select sizes.
- Understand and watch an alarm panel while moving wood through a saw.
- Carry out quality and testing checks - training provided.
- Stack goods and raw materials properly within storage areas
- Maintain work areas and equipment used through clean up.
- Grading of finished hardwood flooring.
Production Working Requirements:
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to learn and grow with a team
- Ability to follow procedures and direction
- Have reliable transportation – Attendance is KEY
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to bend, twist and walk continuously
- OSHA required steel or composite toe footwear
This is an entry level position and we are willing to train those who possess a willingness to learn various processes, are reliable, and who can work in a safe manner. Our ideal applicants must have a reliable source of transportation to work.

They will be highly motivated to learn and maintain a reliable schedule of attendance.
As an entry level position, compensation will be based on experience and expertise. Rate is based on level of lumber experience in manufacturing, equipment operation or general lumber knowledge.
