Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the collections team, ensuring timely recovery of payments.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collections and reduce outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with the billing team to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Work directly with clients and insurance companies to collect overdue payments.

Qualifications:
