Premier Physician Network (PPN) and Wright State Universitys Boonshoft School of Medicine (BSOM) are seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Program Director.
This opportunity will allow you to work 0.5 FTE as Program Director and 0.5 FTE in a clinical setting. The Program Director is responsible to the Designated Institutional Official, the Graduate Medical Education Committee, and to the ACGMEs Residency Review Committee for maintaining an educational environment conducive to educating residents / fellows in each of the ACGME competency areas and in conformance with Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine policies and procedures. As Program Director you will be responsible for the oversight of didactic and clinical education, staff participation in GME governance, compliance with regulatory requirements affecting GME, and the maintenance of accreditation.

Job Description
PPN and BSOMs Internal Medicine division seeks an academically minded faculty member to serve as Internal Medicine Program Director with duties including :
- Oversight of didactic and clinical education, journal clubs, case conferences, and other teaching assignments for residents and fellows, as assigned by and in collaboration with the department and BSOMs academic leadership.
- Contributing to the divisions clinical / patient care, research, and teaching missions.
- Clinical teaching, supervision, and patient care on the divisions services, including a combination of contributions to the inpatient teaching service.
- Regular outpatient clinical practice.
- APP collaboration for both Inpatient and Outpatient clinical practice.
