In this role you will:
- Participate in staff development/training, infection control
- Conduct resident rounds to assess an/or supervisor nursing care, assess condition of residents and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Work in establishing and facilitating effective employer/employee relations
- Participate in associate evaluations and administers disciplinary action as requested
- Current active RN or LPN licensure in the state where employed.
- BSN / MSN degree preferred.
- Three to five years progressive management experience in a long-term, sub-acute or post-acute care setting preferred.
- Ability to work flexible work hours to support state and federal resident care requirements.
- Superior customer service aptitude and approach.
- Must be able to understand the dominant language of the facility, English, must be able to speak, read and write English.
- Must be able to work at a fast pace, independently and as a team member with the ability to complete all job tasks within assigned time
- Must be able to demonstrate good sound judgment in every interaction especially when rendering care to a resident
