Qualifications:
Professional Credentials & Experience
- LMSW, LBSW, OT, PT, LPN, or RN preferred.
- 3-5 years of business development experience (home care/healthcare ideal).
- Experience with the elderly and senior care industry highly valued.
Industry Knowledge & Relationships
- Strong healthcare network (ALFs, SNFs, hospitals, rehab facilities).
- Passion for senior care required; bilingual skills a plus.
Technical & Communication Skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint and CRM software.
- Exceptional presentation skills and organizational abilities.

Primary Responsibilities (Including, but Not Limited to):
- Identify and cultivate referral sources in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, adult living facilities, and physician offices.
- Build and maintain a database of potential referrers.
- Conduct professional and community education sessions focused on home care services.
- Personally visit and arrange meetings with key referral partners, including private, public, and non-profit organizations.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
- Attend networking events, industry conferences, and other professional gatherings to promote Premier Homecare Services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business development goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Manage periodic on-call responsibilities and follow up on leads effectively.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and maintain an organized referral system.
- Provide weekly reports and meet with senior management to discuss opportunities, referral status, and activity.
