Premier Homecare Services is expanding its reach and looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager for the Miami, Florida area.

We are seeking a motivated professional who excels at building relationships with referrers and families within the community. If you have experience in healthcare or home care and are looking to broaden your impact, this role offers a fantastic opportunity with ample resources to support your success.

Qualifications :

LMSW, LBSW preferred with experience in the senior care industry.
Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, LPN, RN considered.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in home care or healthcare.
Strong network within the healthcare industry, including ALFs, SNFs, hospitals, and rehabilitation facilities.
Exceptional presentation skills and highly organized.
Experience with PowerPoint and CRM software.
Experience with the elderly preferred.
Passion for the senior care industry is a must.
Bilingual is a plus but not required.

Primary Responsibilities (including, but Not Limited to) :

Identify and cultivate referral sources in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, adult living facilities, and physician offices.

Build and maintain a database of potential referrers.

Conduct professional and community education sessions focused on home care services.

Personally visit and arrange meetings with key referral partners, including private, public, and non-profit organizations.

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.

Attend networking events, industry conferences, and other professional gatherings to promote Premier Homecare Services.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business development goals.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.

Manage periodic on-call responsibilities and follow up on leads effectively.

Utilize CRM software to track leads and maintain an organized referral system.

Provide weekly reports and meet with senior management to discuss opportunities, referral status, and activity.
