Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading established Home Health Care Agency. We currently have opportunities for PCAs and HHAs within the Litchfield County areas.
Personal Care Aides and Home Health Aides are required to possess a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick, ability to read, write and carry out directions and maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job. Additionally, all candidates will have to take a state mandated PCA exam.
Travel: The employee must have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which they work and a satisfactory driving record.
Requirements:
- Bi-lingual – Must be able to write and speak in English/Spanish or any other languages.
- Driver's License
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Appropriately assist clients with personal care activities and provide companionship tasks in accordance with the care plan.
- Appropriately assist with household tasks directly related to the client’s health and in accordance with the care plan.
- Remind client for self-administration of medication.
- Document services provided accurately.
- Report any changes in the client’s condition or incidents immediately.
