Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Agent Trainer to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Agent Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to improve the performance and productivity of our inside sales agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for coaching and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Training Program Development:
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for inside sales agents, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Create training materials, including presentations, scripts, role-playing exercises, and evaluation forms.
- Continuously update training content to reflect changes in company products, services, and sales strategies.
✅ Training Delivery:
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for new hires and existing sales agents.
- Lead interactive training sessions, including role-playing, call shadowing, and real-time feedback.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure agents are effectively applying learned techniques.
✅ Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
- Monitor agent performance and identify areas for improvement through call reviews, customer feedback, and sales metrics.
- Develop individualized coaching plans to address performance gaps and reinforce strengths.
- Track training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback and performance data.
✅ Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with sales managers and team leads to align training with business goals and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to stay updated on product offerings and sales strategies.
- Act as a mentor and resource for inside sales agents, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
✔️ Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar sales coaching role.
