- Shifts vary 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am.
- Welcomes and registers guests in a polite and efficient demeanor
- Assigns rooms to meet guests needs as permissible
- Obtains required credit and payment information from guests
- Coordinates with team members to exceed guest expectations
- Provides detailed information about the hotel and surrounding establishments
- Coordinates with housekeeping for special requests, late checkouts, and room changes
- Receives and relays guest messages
- Answers telephone calls and guest questions in a warm, responsive manner
- Maintains cleanliness of equipment in work areas
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
