Front Desk GSA-Night Audit
It’s all about service! Ramada Plaza Hotel is looking for a service minded individual to be responsible for “first impressions”. The Front Desk is the first component to the overall guest experience, if you have an outgoing personality are responsive to the needs of others and enjoy engaging with our guest and team members. Night Audit shifts are 11:00PM to 7:00AM
As a Front Desk GSA-Night Audit:
- Provide each guest with an exceptional hospitality experience by assisting them efficiently, courteously and professionally.
- Effectively, efficiently and timely handle guest concerns or issues, ensure satisfaction with the resolution.
- Post guest charges collect payment and follow all cash handling procedures.
- Work in full cooperation with all departments keeping abreast of workflow, room status, and group activity.
- Transfer charges and deposits to master accounts.
- Verify all account postings and balances.
- Basic room maintenance and repairs as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a second language helpful.
- Understand principles of auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts
- Ability to access, retrieve and leverage info from the hotel property management system is expected.
- Must be professional, motivated and team-oriented.
- Must be able to handle cash or credit transactions and have Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency. General office equipment and cash register operation knowledge are expected.
- Able to successfully complete a background check within Company parameters.
