- Routinely perform all room cleaning duties necessary, including stripping beds, preparing room for cleaning, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing guest supplies, cleaning bathroom, etc. * Replenishes guest amenities according to operational standards. * Perform rotation cleaning duties like deep cleaning, filter maintenance ect. * Ensures security of guest room and privacy of guest. * Coordinate with maintenance team and supervisor on needed repairs. * Ensures cleanliness of hallways. * Responsible for following the brand standard cleaning procedures. * Maintains clean and well stocked maid cart and ensures cleanliness of storage areas.
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score.
