We are seeking a Seasonal Snow Technician to join our team in Devils Lake, ND. The primary responsibility is to complete daily and preventative building, unit, and grounds maintenance at our housing communities.
*This is a seasonal, 20 hours per week, as-needed position*
Essential Functions
Performs snow removal on an as-needed basis
- Removes snow and ice at properties after inclement weather utilizing a snow blower or shovel.
- Applies ice melt to sidewalks and other traffic areas to ensure safety for the residents. Equipment Maintenance
- Cleans and performs preventative maintenance on all equipment after use.
Demonstrates regular and consistent attendance as outlined by company policies and procedures.
Performs all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be reliable and able to handle a physically demanding position.
- Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Ability and willingness to travel to multiple locations as necessary with your own transportation.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years prior experience with a professional lawn service/landscaping company, including operating a riding zero-turn mower, trimming, blowing, edging, and fertilizing.
