** Must have previous Property Management Accounting experience to be considered **
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Preparing accurate and timely financial statements
- Preparing for annual audits
- Reconciling the general ledger
- Supporting Property Managers for multiple entities
Qualifications include:
- 2 or 4-year Accounting degree
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or related field
- Understanding of Accounting processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Customer service skills
- Computer experience including Yardi preferred
