Position Summary:
We’re hiring dependable General Laborers to assist in all phases of swimming pool, spa and outdoor living project construction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, thrives in a team environment, and wants to be part of creating beautiful, high-quality projects from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with various stages of pool construction including excavation, steel tying, plumbing, forming, concrete work, and clean-up
- Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Support crew leaders and skilled trades on daily tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications:
- Prior construction or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow directions
- Must be punctual, dependable, and a team player
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 50 per week
