Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at the front desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing customer support and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access to important information.
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and tracking payments.
- Perform general administrative duties such as typing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Support dental reception duties if applicable, including patient check-in/check-out procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing workload effectively.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not required.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to providing outstanding support are essential for success in this role.
