What are the responsibilities and job description for the Offsite Owner Relations Assistant Manager position at Premier Island Management Group?
- Summary of the main function/purpose of the position:
Assist the Manager with the daily operations of all Pensacola Beach Homes and Beach Condos to ensure that all properties are cared for and maintained at high condition standards as per Premier Island Management Group operational standards.
- Key Principal duties/responsibilities:
- Assist the Off-Site Operations Manager with assigned duties.
- Coordinate with Pensacola Beach Home and Beach Condo owners to ensure each unit is fully functional, materially safe, and aesthetically ready to rent.
- Coordinate and assist Pensacola Beach Home and Beach Condo owners in the purchase and delivery of furniture and upgrades performed to each unit.
- Manage 3rd party utility contracts and services (cable/internet, utility, trash, pest control).
- Coordinate with Premier accounting to ensure monthly statement accuracy.
- Schedule unit photos.
- Synchronize reservations with PMS.
- Ensure daily revenue is posted.
- Assist the QA team with daily inspections.
- Inspect linen and supplies rooms.
- Assist the Offsite Operations Manager with any tasks assigned by management.
- Coordinate, support, and assist the Premier Offsite Manager in guest arrival packages and departure procedures
- Assist Beach Home QA in performing routine and minor maintenance (HVAC filter change, TV remote set up, modem/router reset, smoke/CO2 detector battery replacement)

- Maintain proper record keeping and files for all Pensacola Beach Home and Beach Condo transactions and activities.
- Safety: Observe and adhere to all Premier safety procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service: Comply with Premier's Mission, Vision, Values, and Non-Negotiable statements.
- Dept. Specific: Department-specific - Ensure the smooth operation and administrative functions of Lodging Operations.
- Supervisory Responsibility:
- Supervise and manage the Off-Site Properties QA and Front Desk positions.
- Schedule and manage 3rd party cleaning companies to ensure Beach Home and Beach Condo are cleaned and inspected before guest arrival.
- Schedule and manage 3rd party vendors and Premier Maintenance personnel to ensure each unit is materially ready and safe for each guest.
V. Educational and/or equivalence in experience requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-year experience in the hospitality industry or specialized higher educational degree in a hospitality-related field.
- Property Management Experience preferred
- Knowledge of spreadsheets in Word and/or Google Sheets processing is required.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information.
- Ability to organize and write business correspondence. Ability to effectively respond to questions from managers and the general public.
- Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions when furnished in written, oral, or scheduled form.
- Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
