Responsibilities - Blingual Kia Floor Sales:
- Help customers select and purchase a vehicle. Bring your 'A' game and a positive attitude to work every day!
- Answer internet requests for vehicle pricing and availability and schedule appointments to meet in the dealership
- Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs.
- Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
- Present sales pricing, explain financing options, and complete paperwork
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect for new customers
- Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience
Qualifications - Bilingual Kia Floor Sales:
- Bilingual, energetic, positive, goal driven, self-starter, dynamic, and tech-savvy with strong interpersonal, telephone, and internet sales skills
- Good sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated to succeed
- Professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
