We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and excel in providing exceptional customer service.
Job Summary:

Hourly Rate: $22 - $24 / hour (Minimum Hours: 30 hours / week)
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide administrative support, assist in managing client accounts, review client options, and handle inquires.
Must have an active Pennsylvania health insurance license and maintain active status
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails, take detailed messages, and collect client information
- Schedule appointments for new and existing clients
- Make outbound calls and emails for post-sale follow up and periodic check-ins with clients
- Assist Medicare clients with questions regarding plans, coverage, and benefits Provide timely responses to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Proactively problem solve by returning messages/emails to clients in a timely manner
- Develop knowledge of Medicare and completing certifications annually and meet with clients to review their plan options
Data Entry: Enter and update client information into the agency's CRM system. Keep records current and accurate. Document all client communication in agency CRM system.
Reporting: Assist in preparing reports related to client enrollments, application statuses, and renewals.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
Experience: Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or working within the Medicare or insurance industry is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and strong data entry skills
- Knowledge of Medicare plans is highly desirable
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Experience in sales or outbound calling is a plus
- Self-starter with strong work ethic, well-organized, and good time management to be able to multi-task, prioritize, and problem solve efficiently
