What are the responsibilities and job description for the Doctor's Assistant position at Premier Orthopedics, P.A.?
An Orthopedic Practice is searching for a qualified candidate to perform the duties of a Doctor's Assistant.
The position requires flexibility to work between the hours of 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday thru Friday.
Must be willing to travel to our other locations occasionally (Owings Mills, Ellicott City and Frederick)
Experience is preferred and the candidate will be able to perform the following duties:
- Assist the physicians in the patient care area
- Obtain test and x-ray results; fit durable medical equipment; assist with injections, removal of sutures and staples, cast preparation and cast removal
- dispense, control inventory and order in-house medications
- Completion of patients' disability forms
- Miscellaneous duties as needed
- Spanish Bi-lingual is a plus!
- Vaccinated

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
