We are looking for a Production Supervisor who is a natural leader, a strong decision-maker, and passionate about building a positive and productive team culture. 2nd Shift:
- Mon - Fri
- 3pm - 11pm

- 40 Hours
- Overtime When Needed
Pay Frequency:
- Bi-Weekly
Essential Functions:
- Leadership & Supervision: Directly supervise 10–20 hourly employees, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to develop their skills and maximize their performance.
- Safety & Compliance: Monitor workplace safety, conduct accident investigations, and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Operational Oversight: Manage the operations of corrugated machines, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity are consistently maintained.
- Performance Management: Conduct thoughtful performance evaluations, manage training initiatives, and oversee cross-training to ensure smooth operations during absences or vacations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer requirements through inspections, segregation of defective materials, and maintaining updated specifications.
- Productivity & Waste Reduction: Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase efficiency while reducing waste and overtime.
- Administrative Duties: Oversee bi-weekly payroll, maintain departmental supply levels, and utilize software systems (ASI, Microsoft Office Suite) for reporting and communication.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready workspace, including overseeing machine maintenance and trash disposal.
- Collaboration: Partner with oncoming supervisors for seamless shift transitions and coordinate maintenance needs with relevant departments.

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 5 years of previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
