**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the medical billing, coding, and collection processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including medical billing and coding.
- Analyze medical records for billing and coding errors, and develop strategies to prevent these errors from occurring.
- Ensure that all medical coding is completed in a timely and accurate manner, using ICD-10 and DRG.
- Collaborate with the medical staff to ensure that all medical records are complete and accurate.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with medical billing and coding regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in medical billing, coding, and collection.
**Requirements**
- Strong background in medical billing, coding, and collection, with a focus on ICD-10 and DRG.
