Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Collect parking fees and provide accurate change using a cash register
- Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with parking regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing customer concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the parking facility
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Bilingual skills (preferred) to assist non-English speaking customers
- Experience in a dealership, retail, or hospitality setting is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions
- Valid driver's license for potential duties as a delivery driver
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Note: This position may require standing for long periods of time and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
