Key Responsibilities:
- Track & Achieve Goals: Monitor and manage all major monthly goals including volumes and show rates; ensure that targets are consistently met
- Analyze & Report Data: Review performance data to identify trends and challenges; recommend and assist to implement opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our clinical staff, and work with our patient coordinators to increase patient engagement and optimize show rates.
- Patient Outreach & Communication: Assist with patient reminders, follow-ups, and other communications to improve appointment attendance and retention.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement in daily operations to ensure a smooth, high-quality patient experience.
- Provide Insights: Prepare regular reports for leadership on progress toward goals and propose actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
- Marketing: Assist with marketing activities
- Hiring : Play a role in maintaining a sustainable human resources platform
Qualifications:
- Being goal and growth driven is essential
- Prior experience in business management, healthcare administration, or customer service is preferred but not required—experience in a physical therapy or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines is necessary.
- Comfortable working with data and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability and willingness to supervise and hold people accountable
- Knowledge of physical therapy services or healthcare operations is a plus but not required.
