Overview

Quorum Software is seeking a IT system Specialist lead to join the team and assist in global IT operations. They will be expected to be the first line of response to all tickets, to identify issues, and to support over 1600 internal corporate users both in-person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• General administration support within Office 365, Azure, Intune, and SCCM
• Administration of virtualization solutions (Hyper-V, VMware, VDI)
• OKTA Administration
• Task and process automation
• Queue management
• Candidate must be able to resolve tickets within JSM in a high-volume capacity and able to go onsite 5 days a week
• Addressing any other daily unique issues that arise
• Ability to diagnose complex system issues, analyse data, and provide effective solutions. · Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to make decisions in high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring L1 and L2 teams.
• Collaborate with vendors to select, implement, and manage IT products and services
• Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are in place and regularly tested.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
• Strong customer-service orientation, with a focus on meeting user needs and delivering value to the organization.
• And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 7 years of lead role experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing / implementing/ handling escalation with resolution.
• Strong O365 administration background (navigate through licensing, mail tracing, adding users to distribution groups, etc.)
• Basic troubleshooting Citrix VDI and VMWare support/Hyper-V
• Experience with Microsoft Server ecosystem (2008 - 2019:AD/DNS/DHCP/GPO/CA/DSFR/Other)
• Experienced with Windows Admin Center
• Good understanding of Veeam and Cohesity
• Experienced with Power Shell, Scripting and APIs
• Experience working with a ticketing system (JSM)
• Experience with Azure Active Directory | System Center | Microsoft Azure | Azure | Windows System Administration | IT Infrastructure Services | Office 365 | VMware | Windows Server Administration / Microsoft Intune, SCCM, MEM
• Microsoft Windows office 365 | Citrix |VDI
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ideal candidate will convey critical thinking skills and the ability to work alongside a team effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or similar. (B.E/B.Tech would be preferred.
• ITIL Certification.
• Exceptional analytical /technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skill
