Duties You Will Learn to Do :
- Work with patients to determine insurance eligibility.
- Accurately process changes to resident profiles.
- Admit new residents to the correct nursing facilities in a prompt manner.
- Research and resolve client billing problems or issues.
- Ability to be customer centric and provide exceptional service to clients.
