In this position, you will support the day-to-day operations of various human resources functions. Your responsibilities may include assisting with the implementation of services, policies, and programs, as well as handling tasks in one or more of the following areas: employee relations, training and development, onboarding, benefits, compensation, recruiting, and organizational development.

Work Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday – Friday
3:00 pm – 12:00 am (Flexibility to work 1 weekend a month)
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 plus bonus potential up to 10%
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handles recruiting and staffing logistics (pre-employment and on-boarding)
- Holds employee orientation or development activities (including badging)
- Handles training logistics and recordkeeping
- Assists with employee relations
- Develop employee communication
- Administers compensation programs
- Works closely with recruiting vendors
- Administers benefit programs and resolves issues
- Serves as a translator for documents, including job postings, announcements, training, literature, safety information, HACCP, GMP, etc.
- Maintains employee and HR (soft and hard) files
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
- Supports other HR staff
- Plans and implements employee events
- Runs reports
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Coordination in a production or manufacturing facility
- Bilingual in Spanish orally and written
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, without sacrificing safety and quality of work
- Flexibility to work at least 1 weekend a month
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record for meeting deadlines
