Duties
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing exceptional customer support.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are accurately recorded.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed, including personal assistant duties.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organized.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
Experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is required.
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred; experience as a medical receptionist is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in customer support or personal assistant roles is advantageous.
