The Apparel & Merchandise Project Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships with vendors, sales, and manufacturing ensuring high quality options for the development and product life management of apparel and promotional items. The project manager oversees market research, project and product life management, competitor evaluations, and creates plans for development, provide clear communication, and direction.

- Act as liaison between sales, estimators, project managers, vendors, and end clients.
- Manage life cycle of projects through production to final delivery, monitoring project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Review art files for accuracy and customer specifications.
- Maintain clear communication with all involved entities focusing on quality and customer needs.
- Promote teamwork and unity between all parties for ease of communication, sharing of information, and creative inspiration.
- Maintain budget and control costs.
- Provide creative and alternative solutions to meet project needs.

Requirements
Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products
- Proficiency with both PC and Mac operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to cooperate with all levels of staff.
- Comprehensive understanding of project workflows and operating software.
- Logically solve problems, research options, avoid biases and focus on data for solutions.
- Experience with overseas purchasing of apparel and promotional merchandise.
- Understanding of global logistics, sales, and customer service.
- Ability to stay on task, meet deadlines, and organize multiple priorities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School diploma or advanced degree preferred.
- 5 years related work experience.
- Multilingual preferred.
