What are the responsibilities and job description for the PART-TIME Apartment manager / caretaker to live onsite position at PREMIER REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT, LLC?
We are seeking a qualified candidate to live onsite and work Part Time as the property manager / property caretaker for up to 17 hours per week (could be more hours based on monthly vacancies). This position is perfect for someone who is looking for a flexible schedule and has a positive attitude, can multi-task and enjoys working with the public.
The ideal candidate will enjoy customer service, works well with little supervision, has excellent time management skills, is organized and conducts themselves in a honest and professional manner at all times. Experience with Yardi / Rent Café or other property management software is a plus but not required.
In exchange for the listed job responsibilities at 15 hours a week, the selected candidate will receive a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with one car detached garage.
- Answer / respond to phone calls, e-mails and text messages in a timely manner
- Showing & leasing vacant units.
- Screen applications per Fair Housing policy in a timely manner
- Administer leases and collect initial rent and Security Deposits.
- Inspecting and processing move-outs..
- Enforce occupancy policies & procedures
- Take maintenance requests
- Address basic landscaping needs on the property, including pulling weeds
- Snow blow and salt sidewalks as needed in a timely manner
- Cleaning of vacant units
- Duties assigned by the Regional Manager and Main Office, which will support the successful operation of the property.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
