Part-Time Maintenance Tech for local apartment community

Professional property management company seeking to add a skilled maintenance tech to our growing team at our newly renovated apartment community in Oshkosh, WI. The maintenance tech will work closely with the site manager and the Regional Manager to ensure that all maintenance issues are being addressed in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical and drywall / painting skills. Experience in diagnosing and repairing appliances such as dishwasher, stoves and refrigerators are a plus, but not required. The candidate will also have excellent organizational skills and time management skills, as the position allows for the individual to work with little to no supervision.

Day-to-day tasks may include but are not limited to snow removal from the sidewalks in the winter, taking the trash out weekly, and performing routine maintenance & repairs such installing light fixtures and blinds, addressing faucet water leaks and running toilets, replacing outlets and light switches and changing a disposal.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 17 per week

• As you know, mother nature does not work on a Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 schedule. When it snows, the ideal candidate is required to remove snow and salt the sidewalks at the property, even after hours, on the weekend and during the holidays.
