Job Overview
We are looking to add a FULL TIME Maintenance Technician to our team for an apartment community located in Appleton / Neenah, WI. The maintenance tech will work closely with the Site Managers and Regional Manager to ensure maintenance issues are addressed in a professional and timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have have excellent organization and time management skills and have the ability to work with little to no supervision. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and painting / drywall repair. Experience trouble shooting / repairing appliances and HVAC is a plus BUT NOT REQUIRED
Compensation hourly, $41,600 - $49,920 annual based upon experience.
* Complete work order requests in a timely & effective manner
* Make vacant units "Rent Ready" in a timely & effective manner
* Assist in light landscaping tasks such as snow removal from sidewalks & pulling weeds if needed
* All other work assigned by the Site and Regional Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
