What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seeking Part-time Apartment Maintenance Tech / Newly renovated 66 unit apt complex position at PREMIER REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT, LLC?
We are seeking a skilled maintenance tech for our newly renovated 66 unit apartment community to our growing team in beautiful Oshkosh, WI. The maintenance tech will work closely with the site manager and Regional Manager to unsure maintenance issues are being addressed in a professional and timely manner in order to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for the residents.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with little to no supervision and have excellent time management and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical and painting / drywall repair skills. Experience in troubleshooting / repairing apartment appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, washer / dryers are a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 17 per week
