What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Manager position at Premier Resources Midwest LLC?
We are searching for a Business Development Manager, with prior experience in the federal government contacting environment. Candidates must have previous 8 (a) experience with Shipley certification.
This is an on-site role based out of the corporate office in Orlando, FL, with 25% to 35% of travel expected.
Responsibilities Include:
- Building the corporate market position.
- Executing a growth strategy, achieving sales and revenue goals.
- Developing and maintaining active pipelines.
- Cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with customers.
- Conducting meaningful networking with both customers and industry partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Experience with 8(a) Federal contracting methods and Shipley Proposal Methods is required.
- 2 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
- 3 years of experience working for a federal contractor.
- Proficiency with SharePoint and federal opportunity sourcing tools ex: SAM.Gov,etc.
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc)
- Candidates must be US Citizens - No Sponsorships
- Candidates must be able to work onsite 5 days per week, as well as be open to travel 25% to 35% as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 - $118,000.00 per year
