We are searching for an experienced Accountant with 3 years of experience with construction cost accounting and managing the financial aspects of construction projects.
This is a permanent, full-time on-site role base in the Noblesville, IN office.
Responsibilities:
- Managing inventory in QuickBooks and Builder Trend.
- Minimizing production costs.
- Collaborating with project managers.
- Creating detailed budgets and overseeing supplier costs.
- Verifying invoice statements.
- Maintaining records for auditing and tax purposes.
- Interpreting financial data.
- Researching market trends.
- Reconciling monthly inventories and collaborating on month-end closings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Certification in Construction Accounting.
- 3 years of experience in construction cost accounting and managing the financial aspects of construction projects.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Builder Trend.
