What are the responsibilities and job description for the IHS and Homemaking position at Premier Service LLC?
Premier Service LLC is a provider agency that provides Home and Community-Based Services. The services we provide to our clients will be met at their place of residence.
We are currently looking for Individualized Home Support and Homemaking in NorthEast Minneapolis, MN. Must be able to pass a DHS background check and be able to start soon.
Job Duties:
Providing support and training in four (4) broad community living service categories. The community living service categories are:
- Community participation (Direct supervision, cueing, incidental assistance with activities of daily living)
- Health, safety and wellness (collaboration with other healthcare providers)
- Household management ( Budgeting, meal preps etc)
- Adaptive skills ( Crisis prevention, problem solving, leisure, recreation and social planning)
- Service provided in the person’s own home or in public community setting
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
