Job Description:

In this role, you will support our team by handling essential administrative tasks, managing customer data, dispatching field employees, answering phone calls, and using QuickBooks for financial tasks. You will also help with social media marketing efforts and ensure the office is clean, organized, and running smoothly. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and have excellent customer service skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer information and field employee data into service software.
  • Dispatch field employees based on customer needs and availability.
  • Answer phone calls, address customer inquiries, and provide excellent service.
  • Handle invoicing, payments, and financial tracking using QuickBooks.
  • Assist with social media marketing to help promote our services.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment inventory, and general scheduling tasks.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an office setting required.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in service-based businesses.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks for managing financial tasks like invoicing and payments.
  • Strong phone skills with prior customer service experience.
  • Proficient with service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy work environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and order in the office.
