Job Description

Our client is in need of an Administrative Assistant / Customer Support Specialist for their small office located in Carol Stream.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and VLookups
- Experience using Netsuite or any other SAP/ERP system
- Strong organizational skills
- General order entry, order processing, and month-end closings
- Assist with answering incoming calls, greeting clients, and providing general office support
Business casual environment office of approximately 20 employees.
Health insurance is not available but there is, however, a stipend offered.
Salary: $16.00 to $18.00/hour
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2-5 years of Customer Service experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
