What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping Clerk position at Premier Staffing Solution?
Prepares shipping paperwork for trucks, stages metal for shipment, and loads / unloads small box trucks. This position will be Monday through Friday from 2pm to 10pm with some weekends. -Essential Duties and Responsibilities : -Prepares shipping BOL's, Manifests, Tickets, and other related documents. -Stages metal on the floor for upcoming shipments.-Load and unload box truck with tow motor.-Enter shipping information into customer-specific portals.-Assist with maintaining accurate inventory data and participate in monthly / quarterly inventory counts. -Maintain and update data in various computer systems including, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel and Epics.-Maintain a neat and orderly work area, including general housekeeping of the work area. Assists with general housekeeping of the Final Inspection area.-Performs other duties as assigned.Ideal Candidate Will Have : Education -High school diploma or equivalent Experience-Mobile equipment experience required
