EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree
MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· Demonstrated experience in quality management, ideally within a federal contract or background investigation services environment.
· In-depth understanding of quality assurance principles, quality control processes, and performance evaluation methods.
· Experience developing and maintaining QCPs in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency-specific QASP guidelines.
· Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage large datasets and inspection reports.
· Proven ability to lead quality improvement initiatives and mentor operational staff on quality standards and best practices.
POSITION OVERVIEW
· Develop, implement, and maintain the QCP in accordance with contract requirements and Deliverables Schedule.
· Monitor performance data from tools like the Case Quality and Timeliness Report (CQTR), Contractor Performance Reporting Application (CPRA), and internal audits.
· Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive action plans (CAPAs) for all quality issues or Government-identified deficiencies.
· Coordinate rework efforts and submit timely responses to DCSA for performance inspections and product deficiencies.
· Review and manage rebuttal processes for any Government-inspected work deemed deficient.
· Maintain accurate records of quality reviews, staff compliance, and quality training completions.
· Serve as a liaison between Government oversight staff and contractor operational teams to ensure alignment on expectations and continuous improvement

Pay: $78,289.00 - $84,768.00 per year
