- Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Present products to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Sharp business acumen
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
- 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales within a tech startup environment. This will be their first U.S.-based Account Executive hire!
- Strong outbound sales skills, experience running your own demos and handling technical objections
- Proven track record of hitting and/or exceeding quotas
- Strong capabilities owning your CRM pipeline
- You are a self starter who thrives working with a lean team in a fast-paced environment
- Remote opportunity but needs to be in EST
- $60,000 - $70,000 / year
