Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Assist with account reconciliation and analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Collaborate with the accounting department to process accounts receivable and assist with tax-related tasks
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality and data security
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other administrative needs
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct visitors as necessary
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
