Your future role
- Supervise a team of managers, coordinators, and service technicians in Canada and the United States, ensuring their development and performance.
- Optimize customer satisfaction by effectively meeting their needs in terms of cost, quality, and deadlines, and ensure their loyalty through constant communication and exceptional service.
- Exercise effective leadership to maximize team profitability while ensuring high customer satisfaction, and promote continuous process improvement and team performance enhancement.
- Lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives by maintaining high standards and promoting a safe working environment.
- Participate in the business unit's management team and actively contribute to the development of business strategies, developing and deploying resource plans aligned with business objectives.
- Represent the business unit on various internal committees, bringing your expertise and strategic vision to support the organization's goals.
Required skills
- Have customer satisfaction at the center of your concerns.
- Experience in team management and good knowledge of automated equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to mobilize an autonomous team.
- Proficiency in English for internal and external communication purposes.
- Ability to make important decisions regarding prioritization and safety.
