Job Overview

PREMIER THERAPY, recognized as an award-winning, privately-owned provider of therapy services with over two decades of expertise in senior living communities, is inviting applications for a distinguished Facility Rehab Director. This full-time (salaried) position will be based at our partner’s skilled nursing facility in Olean, NY. Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and maintaining a close working relationship with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team.
• Overseeing the operational management of the therapy department and its staffing.
• Collaborating effectively with the Area Director to ensure service excellence.
• Participating in facility meetings including Clinical, Medicare, Resident Review, and Quality Assurance.
• Engaging in marketing events to enhance the facility’s profile within the community.
